Mausoleum built for Sadije Toptani

A royal mausoleum designed by the architect Qemal Butka was inaugurated on 30 December 1935 in Tirana for Zog's mother Sadije, who had died the previous year. It was the dynasty's first monumental building. Communist forces destroyed it on 17 November 1944.
