The Percy Sladen Trust Expedition Reaches Aldabra

J. C. F. Fryer worked the atoll as part of J. Stanley Gardiner's Percy Sladen Trust Expedition, which used HMS Sealark and produced decades of published monographs on the region. Fieldwork closed when Fryer and Hugh Scott sailed home on 29 March, Scott carrying more than 40,000 insects.
