Trigger Happy TV and the giant mobile phone

Dom Joly's Trigger Happy TV began on Channel 4, filmed surreptitiously by cameraman Sam Cadman. Its signature bit had Joly standing in a library, a funeral or some other hushed place, hoisting an absurdly oversized mobile phone and bellowing 'Hello?! Yeah, I'm in a library!'. Unusually for the genre, most of the comedy came from Joly humiliating himself rather than the public, and the show ran without a laugh track, scoring its sketches with melancholy instrumental music.
