Banksy shreds Girl with Balloon at Sotheby's

Moments after a 2006 canvas of Girl with Balloon sold for £1.04 million at Sotheby's in London, a shredder Banksy had concealed in the frame years earlier activated, drawing the canvas halfway through a row of blades in front of the saleroom. Banksy's authentication body reissued it under a new title, Love Is in the Bin, and Sotheby's called it the first artwork created live during an auction.
