Casey Viner sentenced to 15 months

Casey Viner, the Ohio player who solicited the call, was sentenced to 15 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy and one count of obstructing justice, the latter for attempting to destroy evidence of his communications with Barriss. He was also barred from gaming during his supervised release.
