A Recess Therapy street interview featured seven-year-old Tariq enthusing about corn, saying that once he tried it with butter 'everything changed'. The Gregory Brothers released an autotuned song version on 28 August 2022 which went viral across TikTok and YouTube. Tariq was named South Dakota's official 'Corn-bassador'. Not a prank, it is a benchmark example of the platform's wholesome viral register.
