A Twitter user complained that a White House briefing on fiscal policy was not as entertaining as the previous day's. The official @whitehouse account replied that fiscal policy can be dry, and offered 'something more fun' behind a shortened link to Astley's video. The tweet was named by TIME among the top moments of 2011.
