Banksy sells originals for $60 in Central Park

Banksy arranged for an anonymous elderly vendor to sell original signed canvases from a folding stall in Central Park under a handwritten sign reading 'Spray Art. $60', with no advertising or indication of authenticity. Seven paintings sold for a total of $420 against an estimated value upwards of $32,000 each. A buyer who paid $120 for two later sold them at auction for £125,000.
