Tesla tweets its own bankruptcy

Elon Musk tweeted that Tesla had 'gone completely and totally bankrupt', despite 'a last-ditch mass sale of Easter Eggs', and posted a photo of himself slumped against a Model 3 surrounded by 'Teslaquila' bottles. The joke landed during a genuinely bad month for Tesla, with a falling share price and Model 3 production problems, and drew criticism for making light of investor concerns. Teslaquila later became real: Tesla trademarked it that October.
