4chan votes Justin Bieber to North Korea

A fan poll let users vote for a country Justin Bieber should visit on his My World tour. Starting in mid-2010, 4chan users drove North Korea from 24th place to first in under two days, finishing with 602,827 votes. Almost no North Korean citizens have internet access, making the result self-evidently manufactured. Bieber's label dismissed the poll as a hoax and no tour date resulted.
